Masking tool

I changed the color of this car with the masking tool. First I found a picture of a red car :

After I duplicated the image and locked the other layer by pressing the lock icon. I then clicked on the duplicated layer created a layer mask by pressing the icon below the layers. I then clicked on the layer mask and used the paint brush in black  and used it all on the car. I then unlocked the original layer and clicked back on the masked layer. Then I clicked on the icon next to the masked layer and changed the color of the car to green.

This is the result of that:

Photoshop image

First I copied and pasted a background of a forest. Then I got png images of three characters and put the into the images. Under the layers for the three characters I used the paint brush tool and drew a black circle under them and lowered the opacity to make it look like their shadows.

Illustrator Work

Gradients

I made this gradient in adobe illustrator by first clicking on the gradient icon on the toolbar. Then I put different colors on the gradient slider. After creating the colors for my gradient, clicked the shape tool and picked a rectangle. I made a square and it looked like this.

This is a the same Gradient but with my name on it. To do this I pressed the text tool on the tool bar and typed my name on the center of the gradient.
This is a tessellation pattern I made in adobe. I created this by coping and pasting the start and putting the close to each to make a pattern.
This star made in illustrator using the clipping mask tool.

This was made with the width tool. First we were given a template:

Then I clicked on the one on the left and changed the circle to pink. I then changed the color for the eyes and the lips and moved their eye balls a bit so it looks like its looking at the one on the right. I also replaced the eyebrow with the line tool and tilted the lip slightly to make it look like it's smiling. After I changed the color on the other persons head and made it blue. I also made the eye blue. I then changed his nose and titled the nose a bit. I then made the head longer and moved the face so it looks like its facing the person on the left.

Overlapping Shape

This is a overlapping shape I made in Adobe Illustrator

First I clicked on the rectangle tool on the left hand tool bar, I then got a selection of shapes and I chose a square. then I double clicked on the white background, Then a dimensions box popped up and I typed 50mm for width and height. And I then did the same for the circle. Once I got the square and the circle together, I made the circle overlap the square. I then highlighted both shapes, click on windows and picked path finder. Then a path finder box popped up and I clicked on the first icon to get the to shapes to join together. I also added a blue gradient for it.
